Vytautas Černiauskas

Vytautas Černiauskas is Head of Workforce Solutions at Workofo, an AI-powered workforce scheduling platform that helps retailers, hospitality groups, and aviation ground handlers optimise shift planning, cut labour costs, and stay compliant with local labour regulations. Before Workofo, he launched and ran Uber's operations in Lithuania, including a stint at Uber's India headquarters. He has also held roles at Swedbank in Vilnius and Stockholm, and spent several years at Civitta managing EU-funded innovation and startup programmes. Vytautas has mentored and advised hundreds of early-stage startups on topics ranging from product-market fit to fundraising, and holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.
