GOARC announces two new senior executives, Uwe Schneider and Itay Reshef to be appointed to the executive leadership team. Welcoming Uwe Schneider as VP Global Sales and Marketing, and Itay Reshef as VP Customer Success marks the next step in the company’s global growth strategy.
Along with supporting global growth, the appointments aim to strengthen the market leadership of GOARC amongst companies offering risk-mitigation solutions in high-hazard industries.
GOARC was founded in 2015 by behavioral, safety, industry, and technology experts. Headquartered in Motya Illit, Israel, the company operates offices in California, Texas, and Singapore, and is privately funded, revolutionizing the practice of industrial safety, helping companies protect the workforce and critical assets.

Uwe Schneider has held leadership positions at Wolters Kluwer, Seal Software (DocuSign), and IBM, among others, being responsible for marketing, sales, channels, customer success management, and delivery. With over 20 years of experience in global marketing and consulting executive leadership, as well as proficiency in high-growth companies and enterprise technology, the Munich-based Uwa Schneider joins the company, assisting and managing its global expansion.

Not only does Itay Reshef bring highly valuable professional expertise – given his experience as a senior manager at a number of high-tech and engineering companies –, but he is also already familiar with GOARC’s work. Having held the position of GOARC COO Americas, Itay managed strategic collaborations and was responsible for Business in the USA. Itay’s appointment will help ensure the success of GOARC in expanding and nurturing customer relations, consequently transforming the customers’ safety culture.
